Promoting Access to Student Success Referral From
The Promoting Access to Student Success (PASS) program is designed to identify students who may be at risk of academic difficulty or failure and provide those students with additional support and resources for success. The referral process is meant to encourage collaboration and facilitate communication between faculty and student support staff to better reach these students.
It is desired that faculty will have attempted to contact the student at least once prior to a referral to discuss their concerns directly with the student, especially if your concerns are mainly academic in nature (i.e. attendance, not turning in work, low grades).
Fill out the PASS referral form below to start the process with student support staff.
