Grace is a retired public educator in the Mid-Columbia area.  During her 32 years as a public educator she taught in Glenwood, Washington; White Salmon, Washington; and Hood River, Oregon.  She has been teaching at the community college level since her retirement in 2004 from public education.  Grace also teaches Education Courses at Portland Community College.

Grace has been a peer reviewer for Quality Matters since 2008 and a Master Reviewer for QM since 2012. Grace current has three Quality Matters courses that meet national standards reviews. Grace served as Career and Technical Education (CTE) Department Chair in 2009 and again in 2012.
