Refund Policy

You may receive a full refund for books if books are returned in

their original condition (including shrink wrap when applicable)

and accompanied by a sales receipt

during the first week of each term for which they were purchased

Other merchandise, such as backpacks, clothing, and supplies may be returned for a full

refund within one week after they were purchased, given that they are in resalable (new)

condition and accompanied by a sales receipt.

If you made a purchase with cash, you will receive a refund on your student account (payable by check).

All sales on software and media are final.
