Grades will be available the first Friday following the end of the CGCC term.

Please note: CGCC delivers college credit instruction through its contract with Portland Community College (PCC).  Credits earned at CGCC appear on official PCC transcripts and are transferable to four-year institutions, subject to the specific policies of those institutions.  If you would like an unofficial transcript, you may obtain one through CGCC directly.  Instructions on obtaining both official and unofficial transcripts follow below.

Unofficial Transcripts:

1.  Go to CGCC Online Student Resources, and log on according to the instructions.  If this is your first time logging on, follow the prompts to customize your password.  Trouble logging on?  Call 541-506-6011 or 541-308-8211 for help.

2.  When the Online Student Resources menu appears, click Requesting Transcripts.

Official Transcripts:

1.  Go to the PCC MyPCC log on screen.

2.  If this is your first time using MyPCC, click on First Time User? and follow the prompts.

3.  Once logged in, click on the College Business tab.

4.  Click on Order My Official Transcripts. 

To order official transcripts by fax or mail, please download this form and submit according to its instructions.
