Benefit Eligibility Summary

Benefit Plans for Plan Year Beginning October 1, 2012-September 30, 2013

The Oregon Educators Benefit Board(OEBB) provides benefit plans to eligible full-time employees, part-time classified employees and retirees of Columbia Gorge Community College.

Flexible Spending Account

Is a savings plan administered by Chard Snyder that allows you to have a pre-tax deduction from your pay check to be used for qualifying out-of-pocket medical, dental and vision expenses.  The money you do not spend will not rollover to the next plan year.

Health Savings Plan (HSA)

Your contributions are pre-tax deducations. Fund and interest are carried over, without limit, and you own the account.  Application for US Bank HSA can be returned to Diane Trubachik in Payroll.

Is provided by RBH Personal Advantage and available to all Columbia Gorge Community Gorge employees and families. Access Code: OEBB

Public Employees Retirement System (PERS/OPSRP)

Individual Account Program (IAP)

Your IAP ID and password are different than your MyOEBB. If you do not have an IAP password, click on Forgot your password. Type your SSN and date of birth in the appropriate text boxes, and follow the instructions.  PERS will mail you a password.

 

403 (b) Tax Sheltered Annuity Plan (TSA)

As a benefit to its employees, Columbia Gorge Community College sponsors a supplemental, tax-advantaged, retirement savings program authorized by Section 403(b) of the Internal Revenue Code.  Such plans are often called 403(b) Plans or Tax Sheltered Annuity Plans or simply TSA Plans.

Comprehensive information about the 403(b) Plan is available on the web at www.ncompliance.com, including enrollment procedures, information about vendors eligible to receive contributions, and a Salary Reduction Agreement form.  You may complete the Salary Reduction Agreement form online, print it, sign it, and submit it to the Diane Trubachik in Payroll.  If you are starting contributions to a new vendor, you must provide documentation that you have established an account with the vendor.

457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan

USERRA
