Frequently Asked Questions: Q: Can I return a book I bought at The Dalles campus to the Hood River campus (or vise versa)? A: Yes. You can return a book at either campus, regardless of where you purchased it. The return process is faster if you make returns to the original place of purchase. Refund Policy Q: If I'm taking an online class and I live in White Salmon, can I pick up my book at the Hood River campus? A: No. Unfortunately, we do not currently have a courier system in place. More info here. Q: Will the Bookstore hold books for me? A: No. Books are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We do not currently have the space to accommodate holds. Q: What can I charge to my student account? A: Generally, students may charge required textbooks and supplies to third parties or financial aid awards depending on the requirements of the funding source. If you are unsure what you can charge, please contact your funding source or the Financial Aid Office. Q: When is the book buyback? A: Buyback takes place the last week of each term.
