Nicholas Puff

Nicholas Puff was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, and has lived in the Columbia Gorge for the last eight years.  He obtained his Paramedic certification and Fire Science education while working in the Fire Service in Ohio.  After moving to the Gorge he worked for Skyline Hospital for five years and currently works as a Flight Paramedic for Life Flight, based at the Dallesport Airport.  Nick holds numerous Fire and EMS certifications as well as being certified in Rope Rescue, Swift Water Rescue, and a volunteer on the Klickitat County SAR team. When not spending time with his twin four year old daughters, you can usually find Nick "squeezing the juice from the gorge," rock climbing, kayaking, and mountain biking, or planning his next trip to Thailand or India.
